I love the bright yellow against the blue. And that little headband is just too cute. I may need to steal it for future ponies. Gah!

Her cutie mark is explained on her reference page. It's been a while since I've had to bust out the high magnification goggles to paint anything on a pony, but those tiny smiley faces were ridiculous. Had to use my most tiniest of tiny brushes on them. So. Tiny. O_o
