Little Duck Pond

So this was the result of my first experiment with resin to make water! I gave this to a very dear friend for Christmas. She just adores ducks and always watches out for the baby ducks in her complex every spring. She is the duck whisperer

I made a larger duck pond for my sister as well for Christmas, but I forgot to take pictures

Resin is a pain in the butt! It's toxic and messy and hard to keep lint out of while it hardens for a few days. You really can't beat it for beautiful water, but I will not be using it much if I can help it.

This pond is actually super little. It is just under 3 inches wide. That baby duck is less than half an inch tall! I'm really quite proud of this one
