Dragon and Bunny Loveby *DragonsAndBeasties

So here is something a little different from me. I don't really draw that much anymore, but I do draw concepts for sculptures when requested. This is for a wedding cake topper. The couple's zodiacs are the dragon and the rabbit. I think it will be a lot of fun to make

Anyways, normally I just whip up some quick sketches for people, but they liked the drawing so much, they asked if I would clean it up, color it, and let them purchase it to use on their wedding invites!

Been quite a while since I dragged out the old Wacom. I was a bit rusty at first but once I got into it for a bit, it was smooth sailing! I'm no master colorer by any means, but I really loved this illustration, so I thought I'd share

I have long-standing fandom for dragon-bunny friendships. My first "art" was a figurine of a bunny inside an Easter egg (about the size of a quarter). My 5-year-old self decided the best place for it was by the tail of a dragon scultpure my mother had for years, like the dragon was watching the rabbit sleep. It has never moved since.
